Our process
• Survey and define requirements — workpiece size and weight, pick-up and set-down points, lifting height, reach, and obstructions in the area
• Design and drawings — structural concept and mounting position, with 2D or 3D drawings for review before fabrication
• Fabrication and assembly — steel structure fabrication and assembly of the jib arm, hoist, and accessories to the approved drawings
• Installation and testing — on-site installation, checking movement, controls, and fit with the surrounding area before handover
