Vision and Intent of the Founder
From knowledge in the classroom to a commitment to Thai industry
JS Custom Machine & Autosystem Co., Ltd. began with one belief: knowledge reaches its highest value when it is built upon to create opportunity for people, for industry, and for the nation.
Mr. Sittichai Laobutsa, the company’s founder, drew his inspiration and his foundation of knowledge from his vocational-education teachers, then kept building on it through hands-on experience across real industry — gathering expertise from many fields: automotive, electronics, semiconductors, automation systems and machinery innovation, drilling and heavy machinery, as well as tooling and manufacturing engineering.
That experience across many sectors led to a defining idea: Thailand should not merely use technology, but should have the capability to conceive, design, produce, and develop innovations of its own that can compete internationally. That idea led to the founding of the company, with the goal of creating technology, machinery, automation systems, and engineering solutions developed by Thai people — and taking them proudly onto the world stage.
A mission larger than running a business
For the founder, the success of an organization is not measured by financial results alone. It must also be reflected in the value created for its people, for society, for the education system, and for the country’s industrial sector. The company is therefore committed to developing Thai people with the knowledge, skills, and working standards to compete with talent anywhere in the world, and to opening opportunities for Thai people to show what they can do globally.
Another central intent is to build cooperation with vocational institutes and technical schools through MOU partnerships, connecting education and industry in concrete terms — giving students access to modern tools, technology, teaching materials, and real project experience that keeps pace with a changing industrial world.
The company believes that sustainable industrial development must start with developing people, and that developing people must start with an education system that understands the demands of real working life. When schools, businesses, communities, and people grow together, Thailand will have a strong foundation for innovation and competitiveness in the future.
